For maintaining an optimal body temperature throughout a full day of skiing, Burton has incorporated their Living Liner. This liner interacts with your body, adapting its structure to retain warmth, such as during chair lift rides, or expel heat when your body is highly active.

The jacket-to-trousers interface allows you to connect the Covert to a pair of ski trousers, creating a combination which effectively prevents snow from entering.
