These Chaya skates are ideal for beginners keen to take up roller derby and skaters desiring a well-ventilated, low-cut quad skate. It provides an excellent platform without being costly. The boot is exceptionally soft with even softer padding for a snug fit. Constructed from a soft composite power-knit material, it's ideal for use on warm days. It features a low cut for enhanced manoeuvrability.

The Shari 3.0 plate on these Ruby skates combines nylon and fibreglass, which are both highly wear-resistant, durable, and lightweight. Most Chaya boots can be mounted to it using the Dual Centre Mounting, allowing you to adjust the boot's angle to suit your riding style. The Power toe system enhances power, speed, and control, maintaining a slight pre-tension in your muscles for quicker reactions.

In this setup, the Emerald does not use the DCM mounting system. It is mounted with a traditional 4 bolt setup.

The trucks are crafted from aluminium and have a 20º angle.

The Octo Paseo wheels on the Ruby Soft feature a 78A durometer and a design that helps beginners skate easily across a variety of surfaces. If you plan to use these skates for indoor derby only, consider opting for harder wheels that are better suited for this activity.

The Cherry Toe stopper enhances control and manoeuvrability. The semi-soft Jelly Interlock bushings provide a balance between comfort and control. The Wicked ABEC7 bearings offer smooth roll speed.
