Ensure the headset is secure
As noted in the manual, it is crucial to secure the headset before usage. The clamp includes only 3 bolts (different from the front screw depicted in the included manual).

Clamp tightening instructions:
Start by tightening the bottom bolt, then proceed upwards, tightening each bolt sequentially.
Subsequently, return to the first bolt and repeat the process.
If further tightening is needed, place a spanner at the end for additional leverage.
Exercise caution to avoid excessive force on the Allen key to prevent breakage; consistent, gentle pressure is most effective.
