Description

The Wilson MG2 Mouth Guard is crafted to reduce the likelihood of concussions and dental harm during vigorous sports. Made from top-grade, resilient materials, this mouthguard promises a snug and secure fit, allowing you to concentrate on your activities with no distractions.

Featuring a state-of-the-art dual-layer design, the Wilson MG2 Mouth Guard provides outstanding protection against impact forces and shocks. The exterior layer effectively distributes impact forces, whilst the inner layer absorbs and cushions, reducing the chance of injuries to your teeth, gums, and jaws.

Ideal Sizing for Adults and Youths:

Wilson recognises that comfort and fit are essential, which is why the MG2 Mouth Guard is available in two sizes: adult and youth.

The adult size is intended for those aged 10 and above, while the youth size suits individuals 10 years of age and under.

Size: Adult fits ages over 10 / Youth fits ages under 10

Customising the Mouthguard, Note! Boiling water can be dangerous!

  1. Boil the water and let it sit for 30 seconds before submerging the adult guard in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for Youth)

  2. Remove the guard from the water with a spoon, shake off excess water, and quickly position the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should be warm)

  3. With the upper teeth centered, bite down gently and use your tongue to suck/squeeze air and surplus water from the guard. Fingers can also be used to press the protector into place on the outer surface.

  4. Keep the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and place it under running cold water.

  5. If the fit is not perfect, repeat the steps until it is just right.

  6. If the guard is somewhat too large, trim a bit of the ends with a knife.

"The description of the gum shield did not match what I received. The gum shield was far too thick to wear over night It was the most uncomfortable protection I have ever worn. I was left with aching gums the following morning and sores on the corners of my mouth."

Reply from SkatePro:  We are very sorry to hear that the mouth guard didn't live up to you expectations. It is very normal to feel sore gums the first couple of times you use a new mouth guard, even when you are just using it for half an hour. If you plan to use the mouth guard for a dental purpose, we would recommend you to contact your dentist first. If you have any questions please contact our customer service on Email@Skatepro.uk
