"Sisu Aero mouth guard works well for me so far. Using it in medieval combat sports (Buhurt, SCA, HEMA, etc.) with no direct punches to the face (in a helmet,) but getting knocked around a bit. With the helmet, risk is lowered so I went for the thinnest mouth guard. Prevents upper and lower teeth from contacting, seems to work well on impacts. Extra easy to breath, drink and talk with. Fits so snug it is almost hard to remove. Took me a about 8 tries to get it fitted just perfect. Tip, keep the warm water with you by the mirror and you can do quick dunks to slightly soften part of it and fit before hardening. Bought 2 from the get go and happy I did."
