NTN Freedom Telemark Ski Bindings

If you enjoy the beautiful telemark style of skiing with free heels, the NTN Freedom telemark bindings from Rottefella might be your new choice.

The width of the brake arms/stoppers is 110mm. You can also purchase stoppers separately with widths of 95mm or 125mm.

These are lightweight telemark bindings from Rottefella, featuring a precise progressive flex and excellent power transfer. They are a great option for touring-oriented skiers who prioritize lightweight equipment. The two heel lift positions (35mm and 65mm) make uphill walking easier, and the walking opening angle is 60 degrees.

The bindings are easy to operate both for step-in & step-out and for switching between downhill skiing mode and uphill walking motion with easier flex.

Compatibility:
These bindings are only compatible with NTN (New Telemark Norm) telemark boots from the brands Crispi, Scarpa, and Scott.

Flexibility (Power tubes with different flexibility can be bought separately):

• The small edition comes with a soft (green) power tube for a soft flex.
• The large edition comes with a medium (blue) power tube for a medium flex.

Rottefella recommends green power tubes for small boots <26.5 mondopoint and blue power tubes for large boots >26.5 mondopoint.

Sizes:

• The Small fits boot sizes 22.0 - 26.0 mondopoint from the brands Scarpa and Crispi and boot sizes 22.0 - 25.5 mondopoint from the brands Garmont and Scott.
• The Large fits boot sizes 26.0 mondopoint and up from the brands Garmont and Scott and boot sizes 26.5 mondopoint and up from the brands Scarpa and Crispi.

Note: These bindings do not have traditional ISO certified heel and toe release functionality. However, Rottefella has implemented a release function - we follow Rottefella's recommendations when mounting and adjusting the release function of the bindings.
