Tacks 9040 Ice Hockey Skates

These Tacks 9040 Ice Hockey skates represent the most affordable option in the Tacks series. They perform admirably as beginner-level ice hockey skates or for recreational hockey activities.

Equipped with the SpeedBlade Pro runner and holder, this setup includes a non-replaceable runner within the holder that is slightly elevated to provide a more aggressive attack angle.

The 9040 Skates are characterised by injected mesh, offering the stiffness required for effective energy transfer. Additionally, they feature a comfortable brushed microfibre liner that is highly resistant to wear and tear.

Notice: Drawing from our experience with CCM, we have chosen to list the skates with sizes matched to true shoe sizes. Therefore, when choosing your new skates, simply select the size that corresponds to your current shoe size.

CCM employs its own conversion table and labels product boxes using their own “EU-sizes”. Consequently, the box is unlikely to match your selected size, so we strongly recommend trying on the skates before returning them.
