Description
NOTE: Cannot be mounted on skis with pre-mounted NIS-plates.
This is the IFP-set (Integrated Fixation Plate) - This plate is designed for Turnamic cross country bindings (by Fischer and Rossignol) to enable easy clicking of the bindings onto the skis.
Functioning as the connective element between skis and bindings, the IFP-set permits straightforward adjustment to the bindings slightly forward or slightly backward.
Moving the bindings forward improves grip while repositioning backward enhances glide.
These Fischer plates for mounting cross country bindings include all necessary components to set you on your way to skiing.
Concerning the installation of the IFP plates, Fischer advises that the drill pattern is the "Screw mount plate SNS pattern." Accordingly, a Salomon SNS mounting jig can be employed to make the hole patterns required for the IFP screws on cross-country skis. Always exercise caution to ensure that the holes on the plates and the jig align correctly.
