"Great skates. The sizing is perfect and to extend them to bigger size is easy to do. Smooth skating."

"Purchased two skates for my Son and Daughter, uses the chart size and choose according, once arrived on time, and for Christmas. However the skates inner foot boot does not extend to fit a child's foot 13 c as it indicated within the description, the outer casing of the boot does, so there is really no point in the extension if the inner does not extend out, to post the items back is going to cost NZL$ 400+ nearly the same price as the skates them self $68 to get them sent to NZL and $400+ to send them back, the company need to have an agency for NLZ to be able to send back at the same price, all i want is a replacement to a larger size.. not really happy to be honest."

Reply from SkatePro: Hi AJ, thank you for taking your time to give us feedback. We're sorry to hear that the skates didn't fit. These liners do need a long time to stretch out to a bigger size. They do eventually, but it might take a few usages before they do. However, your skates might have a manufacturing defect, therefore we refunded you for both skates. We apologize that we don't have a return service in New Zealand. If we can help you with anything else, don't hesitate to contact us. ✌ / Your SkatePro Team |
