1. Begin by sliding the larger lower washer onto the bolt.
2. Then, position the lower barrel-shaped bushing onto the washer.
3. Afterwards, place the hanger on top of the bushing.
4. Follow by placing the cone-shaped bushing onto the bolt.
5. Next, slide the smaller washer onto the bushing.
6. Hand-tighten the locknut onto the bolt.
7. Secure the locknut using a skate tool.
8. Ensure that the rubber section of the nut grips the threads.

Your bushings are now securely fitted!
