#AUSGEGLICHEN – Inspiring Balance in Life

Blue Cross Switzerland in the cantons of Bern, Solothurn, and Freiburg is on a mission to promote healthy living and prevent addiction among youth.

The #AUSGEGLICHEN initiative seeks to educate school classes on three subjects: legal drugs, illegal drugs, and digital media. Students complete various tasks to earn points, and as a part of the game, they are challenged to reduce the use of smartphones or addictive substances.

The programme empowers kids to adopt a healthy, balanced lifestyle, helping to prevent addiction and foster a harmonious approach to life – a cause that aligns perfectly with SkatePro Giveback.
