About SkatePro:
We're a Danish-born, internationally reaching e-commerce hub for all things action sports, based right outside Aarhus. From skateboards carving concrete to skis slicing powder, and yes – especially BMX bikes shredding ramps – we're the go-to for enthusiasts who demand quality gear and expert advice. Our customers are both passionate but also parents and grandparents of passionate riders and young shredders, and we're looking for someone to connect with everyone.
Your profile
- Fluent English skills – you can communicate clearly and enthusiastically, both in writing and conversation.
- If you are also fluent in French, German or Danish, then that would put you at the top of our list as well.
- A natural ability to help and guide customers, turning their questions into solutions.
- A genuine interest in the broader action sports world and our products.
- A positive, team-player attitude with a knack for connecting with people.
- Deep-rooted passion for BMX and a solid understanding of bikes, parts, and the scene. Bonus points if you're actively involved!
With a strong BMX background, you'll be the go-to for BMX questions not only in the Customer Connection Team, also for Claims and the Workshop, as well as helping Purchase with some tips here and there. You'll be more than just support; you'll be a knowledgeable guide, helping customers and colleagues discover the perfect components, complete bikes, and accessories to fuel their BMX obsession.
YOUR TASKS
- Providing top-notch customer service across phone, chat, and email to all our customers.
- Help our customers getting the info and advice they need to go skate/cruise/ride/surf within all categories.
- Sharing your BMX know-how with colleagues internally, ensuring we have what it takes for our customers to get. exactly what they need for their riding style and goals.
- Solve problems, the customers may have, when it comes to items, that broke or didn't get delivered, as expected.
- Reply reviews both internally but also on other platforms.
It’s a big plus if you have experience within retail from a previous job, but not a must. Your biggest asset is your BMX knowledge and a natural interest in our products, which helps you connect with our customers and build some good and positive relations.

At SkatePro we all have different backgrounds, both referring to our nationality, what brings us to Denmark but also education. We are an informal work environment, often clothed in our own merchandise (not mandatory, though).
Additional information
The position is expected to be 37 hours of work per week on an average. Working hours are generally between 8 and 17 Monday to Friday. Working hours may expand during our high season leading from Black Friday into January as well as around Easter, where also Saturdays may be included.
The work is executed at our headquarters in Søften, a little north of Aarhus. Here you will be part of a dynamic and energetic team with various cultural and educational backgrounds. Common for us all is that we strive to give the customer the best experience possible by being in touch with us.
