Lakai Shoes represents a brand dedicated to the production of skateboard shoes, established by professional skateboarders, Mike Carroll and Rick Howard. In 1999, both Mike and Rick recognised the issue with poorly crafted skateboard shoes and resolved to take action. They aimed to supply the finest skateboarders with the finest skate shoes, leading to the establishment of Lakai Limited Footwear.

Lakai skate shoes prioritise both style and performance in their design. Each pair comes with durable, flexible soles and a midsole that absorbs shocks. Over the years, Lakai footwear has been tested by numerous renowned riders, including Tony Hawk, Vincent Alvarez, and Stevie Perez, to name a few. These professionals are connected to the Crailtap family, which also encompasses the notable brands Girl Skateboards and Chocolate Skateboards.
