Guide to Fitting Skateboard Bearings
Every skater, whether dealing with a fresh set or reinserting them after cleaning, will at some point need to fit skateboard bearings. Luckily, this is a straightforward task requiring only a skate tool. Our concise video demonstrates how to perform this effortlessly:
- Begin by taking off the nut from the truck. If the nut is jammed, utilise a skate tool.
- Next, remove the speed ring.
- Place one bearing onto the truck, followed by the wheel.
- Line up the wheel with the bearing and press down using both hands.
- Take off the wheel and replicate the same procedure on the opposite side.
Your bearings are now fitted!
